COLMIX EPOX RAL 1015: Bossong wood colored resin.

COL POL FAST is a two component synthetic polyester material, cross-linking at room temperature, solvent-free and charged with inert quartz. The hardened material has a high mechanical resistance, good adhesive capacity and resistance to harsh whether alongside good dielectric capacities.
USE As a product for anchoring levers and horizontal anchor bolts when quick cross-linking and strong extraction resistances are required. It can be used on supports such as cement concrete, bituminous material, steel, wood, marble etc.
More specifically it can be used for:
• Fixing anchor bolts for noise barriers uprights
• Fixing anchor bolts for safety barriers uprights
• Fixing anchor bolts for anchoring road joints.
HOW TO USE Drill a series of holes using a drilling machine or any other suitable device. The surface of the hole must be as rough as possible for the best results. Thus avoid drilling using dry or wet core drills. Use compressed air to blow particles and dust and ensure that detaching elements such as grease, oil, etc do not penetrate into the hole. Do not use water to clean the holes. Prepare a package of COL POL FAST pouring the metal bottle contents inside the package, into the same package containing the powder. Mix carefully by means of a slow mixer, being careful to incorporate even the resin that remains on the sides of the container into the mixture. Upon obtaining a homogeneous lump-free mixture, pour the amount required for anchorage – usually about 2/3 the volume of the hole – into the hole and insert the anchor bolts rotating it in such a manner to allow the resin to entirely adhere to it. Wipe the resin that exits from the hole using rags or absorbent paper.
MIXING RATIO Use of parts according to accurate mixing ratios is fundamental to obtain the final perfect results. Such ratios are as follows: mix the entire resin contained in the comp. A bottle with all the powder contained in the bucket of the original package.
USAGE TIME The time within which a dose mixed using COL POL FAST must be used is 13-18 minutes at a room temperature of about 20°C.
REACTION TIME COL POL FAST already catalyses at normal room temperature. Increasing room temperature accelerates reaction. Usual installation temperatures are in the range 5°C - 30°C. DO NOT USE AT LOWER TEMPERATURES.
WASHING THE EQUIPMENT Do not wash equipment made of plastic material; the product detaches easily after hardening.
STORAGE If the product is kept in its original packaging, in separate packages (base and hardener) in a sheltered place at a temperature between 10°C e 30°C, it has a useful life of about six months.
PACKAGES Polyethylene packaging containing the mixture of aggregates and a further packaging containing the polyester resin. Original package net weight kg 4,1.

COL MIX. The product is easy to pour, reacts rapidly even in the coldest environmental conditions and, once hardened, it has high mechanical characteristics, optimal resistance to pressure, good adherence to common building material, extremely low shrinkage, chemical inertia, dielectric capacity and a good resistance against atmospheric agents.
USE As a product for anchoring levers and horizontal anchor bolts when quick hardening and strong pull-out resistances are required.
Thus avoid core drilling using dry or wet core drills. Use compressed air to blow particles and dust and ensure that detaching elements such as grease, oil, etc do not penetrate into the hole. Do not use water to clean the holes. Prepare a package of COL MIX pouring the contents of component B into the container of component A and mix up to obtaining a homogenised mixture using a slow mixer. Then pour the amount required for anchorage – usually about 2/3 the volume of the hole – into the hole and insert the anchor bolt rotating it in such a manner to allow the resin to entirely adhere to the anchor bolt. Wipe the resin that exits from the hole using rags or absorbent paper.
MIXING RATIO Use of parts following accurate mixing ratios is fundamental to obtain the final ideal results. Such ratios are as follows: mix entire amount of product contained in the package of component A with the entire content of the container of component B.
OPEN TIME The time within which a dose mixed using COL MIX must be used is 20 minutes at a room temperature of about 20°C.
CURING TIME COL MIX catalyses at normal room temperatures. Increasing room temperature accelerates reaction. The recommended minimum usage temperature is 5°C; obviously, the reactivity of the product is slower at such temperature. DO NOT USE AT LOWER TEMPERATURES
WASHING THE EQUIPMENT Do not wash equipment made of plastic material; the product detaches easily after hardening.
STORAGE If the product is kept in its original packaging, in separate packages (base and hardener) in a sheltered place at a temperature between 10 °C e 30 °C, it has a useful life of about 18 months.
PACKAGES 5.1 Kg unit composed of a package of a 5 Kg COMPONENT A and a package of 0.1 kg COMPONENT B.

COL MIX EPOX is a bi-component epoxy adhesive, fluid, solvent-free and charged with inert quartz. The hardened material has high mechanical resistances and optimal adhesive power on all building materials; it has also good dielectric capacities.
USE The product may be used for anchoring levers and anchor bolts when high pull-out resistances are required and when there is moisture (even high moisture), on the support. It can be used on supports such as cement concrete, bituminous material, steel, wood, marble, stone materials in general etc.
More specifically it can be used for:
• Fixing anchor bolts for noise barriers uprights
• Fixing anchor bolts for safety barriers uprights
• Fixing anchor bolts for anchoring road joints.
• Bonding between various types of building material such as steel, clay products, wood etc;
• Connection between wet and hardened concrete.
HOW TO USE Should the product be used for anchoring anchor bolts, it must have a diameter at least 4 mm greater than the diameter of the anchor bolt. The holes must be clean, free of dust or any other detaching element such as oil, grease, grouting agent etc. Should the product be used for rebend connection, the surface on which resin shall be poured must be prepared by means of sanding or scarification and subsequently cleaned using compressed air. The surface may also be slightly moist, but there should never be stagnant water.
MIXING RATIO Shake the container of component B manually so as to homogenise the content, then open the container and pour the contents into the container of component A. Mix the two components using a low speed (about 200-220 rpm) whip drill for about a minute or until the mass acquires a uniform texture. For application thicknesses exceeding 10 mm it is recommended to add, directly at the work site, 15-20% maximum of dry quartz sand with grain size in the range between 0.1-0.3 mm to COL MIX EPOX. Use of parts following accurate mixing ratios is fundamental to obtain the final ideal results. Such ratios are indicated in the original package. In weight A:B = 100 : 25
HOW TO USE COL MIX EPOX is applied by pouring directly from the original package. When used as and adhesive for concrete bonding, the wet cast must be obligatorily poured on the resin not yet hardened according to the following covering times:
• 10°C within 3 – 3.5 hours
• 20°C within 1,5 - 2 hours
• 30°C within 1,0 - 1,5 hours
OPEN TIME The time within which a dose mixed using COL MIX EPOX must be used is 60 minutes at a room temperature of about 20°C.
CURING TIME COL MIX EPOX catalyses at normal room temperatures. Increasing room temperature accelerates reaction. The recommended minimum usage temperature is 5°C; obviously, the reactivity of the product is slower at such temperature.
WASHING THE EQUIPMENT Do not wash equipment made of plastic material; the product detaches easily after hardening.
STORAGE If the product is kept in its original packaging, in separate packages (base and hardener) in a sheltered place at a temperature above 10 °C, it has a useful life of about 18 months.
